Will Information Worksheet

When is it too late to prepare a will?  When you need it.

Many people put off having a will prepared because they think they should put it off until they are ready to die.  The truth is, a properly drafted will is intended to take care of how your property passes in what could be the distant future.  The will makes things much easier on your family, and insures that the operation of law doesn’t  cause them problems, or distribute your property in a way other than you would want.

If you would like to discuss your will with us, we have provided a form to help make you aware of some of the matters we will address.  Please feel free to download it, fill it out and to bring it with you to your initial conference.  Even if you will not know some of the answers until after you have spoken with us, the information you can provide will be of assistance.
